Bruno has more than 30 years’ experience in public and private companies at national and international levels. He has held leadership roles as Chief Financial Officer roles at Nio Strategic Metals Inc., Aya Gold and Silver, and Mitec Telecom.

He has a solid background in finance combined with operations management. He has played key roles in mergers and acquisitions as well as corporate restructuring. He has a strategic and results-oriented mind. 

Bruno is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA); he completed its Master Business Administration in International Management at the University of Ottawa and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Université du Québec à Rimouski.
