Mr. Patrick Michaude

Patrick Michaud is a seasoned Chief Financial Officer and strategic advisor with over 25 years of experience across financial services, capital markets, and industrial sectors. He has led financial operations, regulatory compliance, and strategic growth initiatives for national securities dealers and publicly listed companies.  

 

Most recently, he served as CFO of Integral Wealth Securities, where he oversaw financial operations and supported strategic expansion initiatives, including cross-border acquisitions and new business lines. Previously, he held CFO roles at Hampton Financial and Technicore Group, where he successfully led financial restructuring, improved profitability, and managed complex corporate structures.  

 

Earlier in his career, Patrick was EVP & CFO of Score Media and Senior Vice President & CFO at GlycoDesign, where he played a key role in capital raises, IPO execution, and M&A transactions.  

 

He is also Managing Director of Templar Associates, advising growth companies on capital raising, restructuring, and operational strategy.  

 

Patrick holds an MBA from the University of Western Ontario and a Bachelor of Engineering from the Royal Military College. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant and a certified corporate director (ICD.D).
